The Spanish government could create a shared working program to help its employees share their work and other resources.
The plan would provide for a minimum of 25 employees to share in the income of their employer, and a maximum of 250 employees to have their own private workspace.
The program would require the participation of at least one employee per firm and be open to everyone.
The government said that the idea would be open for consultation from July 1, 2018 to December 31, 2020.
